Book an Appointment

A consultation is essential for clients starting their Seoulful Skincare Journey, ensuring the best results tailored to your skin’s needs. This step allows us to create a personalised plan for long-term transformation. If you're booking a one-time treatment, a consultation is not required.

A deposit of £20 is required to book an appointment and the remainder will be collected by cash on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless I have cancelled your appointment. Packages require full payment and are non-refundable.

Please note, the location for your appointment will be provided 24 hours in advance.

Please arrive makeup-free for the best results. Avoid retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and exfoliants for 7 days to prevent irritation. Wear comfy clothing, use the restroom beforehand, and if you're unwell, kindly reschedule. Looking forward to treating your skin!

Please allow enough time for travel and finding the location. A 10-15 minute grace period is given, but arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a £5 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you for understanding.

If you need to cancel, we’d be happy to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment if at least 48 hours' notice is given. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a new booking will be required, and your deposit will be lost.
